Every patient who presents to our hospital on an emergency basis is first taken to an appropriate care area, after which our attending physician performs an initial emergency assessment. Once any life-saving medical intervention is promptly administered, the relevant specialty physician is contacted if necessary and asked to come to the emergency department without delay. In this way, each patient’s urgent need is met, and any tests and treatments that may need to be planned are initiated immediately under the supervision of the specialist. In our emergency department providing uninterrupted 24/7 service, patients are examined by a physician; when required, they are taken to the observation unit for appropriate treatment, and all laboratory/radiological diagnostic services are provided.
